UK: New UK appointment at Muntons Malted Ingredients
Muntons plc announced that Mrs Yolanda Franklin has joined the Muntons team as from the 5th June 2006 as their UK Food Sales Manager. Yolanda brings with her eleven years of UK food sector experience with McCain's and most recently two years employment with another UK based food ingredient supplier.

Muntons have been supplying the UK Food and Bakery markets since they were formed in 1921 but have seen resurgence in interest in malted ingredients over recent years. Both Food and Baking manufacturers are keen to use natural and healthy ingredients; particularly with the current emphasis on the goodness of whole grain and Muntons are one of the few companies offering tradition and innovation in this field.
